The apartment is on a new gated estate, offering comfort, privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay. It is an ideal setting for a romantic break, a family holiday or a quiet escape close to the sea.
The interior was prepared with comfort and atmosphere in mind: an elegant living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a private terrace await you.
In the evening, the apartment becomes your private cinema. A projector sets the scene for films, series or children's favourites. A PlayStation offers entertainment for younger and older guests alike.
Outside, unwind on the terrace, use the barbecue or spend an atmospheric evening by the fire pit. Golden Pearl Apartment brings together elegance, comfort and the special character of the Baltic coast for a memorable stay by the sea.

Golden Pearl Apartments has two apartments: Golden Pearl and White Pearl Deluxe. Each has its own character; you can see both interiors in the gallery. Pets are welcome.
Between Rowy and Ustka.
Dębina sits on a peaceful stretch of coast between Rowy and Ustka, near Lake Gardno. Its character is intimate: forest, sea air and time to explore replace the bustle of a large resort. Golden Pearl Apartments is in a modern part of the village, close to coastal routes.
The beach is about a 10–13 minute walk from the apartments, depending on your pace and route. It lies below a cliff and is reached by steps; in places the shore is narrower than in larger seaside towns. It is a lovely place for a long walk, a sunset and the sound of the waves.
Around Dębina, you can follow forest paths and trails along the coast. Walking routes lead towards Rowy and Ustka, while local cycling trails invite longer trips. The coastal cliffs also attract paragliders; flights depend on the weather and must be arranged with a suitable organiser.
Plan a trip to Lake Gardno and the viewpoints of Słowiński National Park, the Czołpino lighthouse, the Rowokół tower or the Museum of the Slovincian Village in Kluki. In Rowy, a walk through the town pairs well with a day at the beach. Ustka has a different rhythm, with its port, lighthouse, Blücher bunkers and Bread Museum.
Families will also find a playground and basketball court just a few minutes from the apartments. A butterfly house is another option in the region. After an active day, return to Dębina's peace and relax on the terrace or in the sauna.
Plans for the future.
We are developing our relaxation area step by step. Since September 2026, guests have been able to use a private, four-person garden sauna with aromatic oils. In the future, we plan to add a hot tub and airport transfers.
